By completing your purchase, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and Internally Radiant LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the brand Amy Mariah.
These Terms apply to all programs, products, courses, memberships, or digital offerings (collectively referred to as the “Program”) sold by the Company through www.amymariah.com or its related platforms.
Your purchase grants you one (1) license for personal use only. Depending on the Program you enroll in, it may include digital training modules, audio/video content, group coaching sessions, templates, and/or email or chat-based support.
Inclusions vary by offer and are clearly outlined on the sales page or promotional materials associated with your specific Program.
Access to program content is available for up to 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
Support, if included, is provided only for the duration specified at time of purchase (e.g., 4 months of coaching access).
After the access period ends, you will no longer have access to program content, materials, or support unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
You agree to pay the amount stated on the checkout page, either as a full payment or in monthly installments (if a payment plan is selected).
If you choose a payment plan, payments are due monthly on the same calendar day as your original purchase date.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason.
If a scheduled payment fails and is not completed within 3 days, your access to the Program will be revoked until payment is made. Continued nonpayment may result in permanent removal from the Program without refund or reinstatement.
We make no guarantees about your ability to get results with our ideas, information, or tools. Your success depends on your own effort, background, consistency, and many other factors beyond our control.
You accept full responsibility for your progress and results from this Program.
By completing this purchase, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or credit card company.
If you have a concern, you agree to contact us at hello@amymariah.com to resolve it directly.
Initiating a chargeback will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in revoked access and legal action to recover funds and associated fees.
All content within the Program is the sole intellectual property of Internally Radiant LLC. You may not reproduce, resell, republish, modify, or share the content for any reason, including teaching it in your own programs or services.
Violation of this policy is considered copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges related to your purchase.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
